About Chord III Contracting
Our History
Three like-minded individuals with extensive knowledge and background in the construction industry started Chord III Contracting in May of 2018. It was the vision of these three to build a respected and recognized commercial construction firm committed to delivering quality projects and creating lasting client relationships. From the beginning, they realized that to bring this vision to life it would take hard work and dedication to Chord III but more importantly dedication to the client’s project goals. The goal of Chord III is to strive to provide the highest standard and quality of work to clients with unmatched integrity and professionalism. Chord III is committed to taking a personal approach with clients and building client relationships through honesty, hard work, and dedication to clients’ project goals.
Our Experience
The founders of Chord III have worked and managed several major construction projects in past working experiences prior to starting Chord III. One of our founders worked for a private general contractor managing school renovation projects for the Dekalb County school system. During these renovations it was his responsibility to meet challenging deadlines and scheduled milestones with out compromising quality and safety. Two of our founders have worked and been part of management teams with independent contractors on large civil projects for Marta. These duties included managing the schedule, quality, and overseeing sub-contractors. We also have a founder that has worked on management teams for several major GDOT projects with a private contractor. With the different experiences, educational backgrounds, and skills brought together at Chord III we believe this creates an extremely knowledgeable and effective team.
At Chord III we take pride in the extensive experience and knowledge of our trade partners. Some of our most valued trade partners have worked in the West Georgia area for over 25 years. We collaborate with our trade partners through every phase of the project to ensure that quality, scheduling, and safety goals are met. We believe that effectively communicating and actively listening to our trade partners creates a more productive working environment and a more efficient delivery to our clients.
